A chart-topping singer is a legend who’s had a career any singer would envy, though lately their popularity is starting to diminish. Fans still line-up to get their autograph, but their empire isn’t like it used to be. Their record label thinks a newer artist, is just what the singer needs. And scheming lovers can’t wait to steal the artist’s spotlight. But sharing a stage with one another is the last thing they want to do, which sets up a power struggle for popularity. They understand that Nashville is nothing more than an once a week for an hour, entertainment. So why can’t the concept be accepted for Empire?
