A year has passed since the site featured long time affiliate DJ Trill Will. He’s still going hard in the radio market and is locking down the club scene in a variety of locations around Wisconsin as well. To top it all off, he dropped one of his infamous mixtapes at the end of last month. With the recent rift between those behind the one’s & two’s and local artists, it comes at just the right time.

The tape is labeled Expensive Taste and it’s roster has a strong showing of home grown talent. Names such as: Cezar, C-Mills, and Wisco Kyrie, are just a few of the individuals representing The Badger State that can be found on the collective. There are some mainstream features as well though from the likes of: Yo Gotti, Fetty Wap, Young Dro, Rick Ross, and more. With 26 total tracks, listeners of all kinds are sure to find something to appeal to their palate. A few of The Illixer‘s favorite tunes include: “I Got It” by Fast Layne Sonny F/ Cezar, “Popping” by C-Mills, “Best Friend” by Official J.R. F/ Trey Songz, and “Work” by Rick Ross.
