Cleveland rap star KPT released his latest mixtape earlier this month. It’s titled F–k The World and it is available via Live Mixtapes. The project contains a total of 12 tracks with guest appearances by the likes of: Layzie Bone, Snoop Dogg, and Bella Nae. There is also contributions behind the boards from Ben Schigal and Gun Productions. In his previous interview, KPT described the tape as representing the fact that everyone endures hardships but they must find a way to remain positive.
Highlights from F–k The World include “Fame” and “Platinum Kush.” “Fame” is track number nine on the tape and is a personal favorite of KPT himself. He finds it to be very motivational and a source he can turn to when he needs help getting inspired. “Platinum Kush” is track number ten and visuals for the record can be seen above. The selection is a joint effort between KPT, Layzie Bone, and Bella Nae. It’s a mellow party anthem set to a respectable beat with adequate content and an energetic hook. The flick is pretty straight forward, basically featuring the trio embracing the themes of the song which are mainly smoking & drinking. Overall, all three are pretty fair pieces of work.
