Marvel is just on a roll as of late with new trailers. Recently, a second sneak peek of their upcoming flick Avengers: Age Of Ultron made it’s way to the web. And of course it’s causing a bit of a stir as most comic based films tend to do. It is intended to be the sequel to the 2012 box office smash The Avengers. The follow up installment of the franchise will see the heroes trying to protect Earth from a peacekeeping program gone extremely wrong. Figures Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye will band together to try keep Ultron from carrying out an unsavory course of action. The Movie Council’s Rich P. took a glance at the trailer and recorded his thoughts for the group’s faithful viewers.
So Rich P is all for this second look at the upcoming Avengers motion picture. The dark tone, the uncertain fate of the heroes, and the magnitude of Ultron’s character are all bright spots for the 414 entertainer. He feels like these elements are a breath of fresh air in comparison to the traditional set up for Marvel’s cinematic ventures. Additionally, he likes the teasers that surround Hulk’s character. It opens up the door for a lot of interesting theories. And though he had nothing but optimistic things to say about this clip, he is hoping that this is the last bit of promo to be released before the film debuts in theaters. He believes that otherwise Marvel may give away too much too soon which will in turn cheapen the thrill of the movie itself. Since everyone on the council is pretty much Marvel & DC crazy, viewers can definitely anticipate a full length review when the sequel hits the market on May 1st. Rich wraps up his response by sharing the next film to be reviewed by the team. But readers will have to click play to find out what has been selected.
**My Two Cents: I am slowly but surely making my way through the cinematic world of comics but I haven’t reached The Avengers yet. However, this trailer for the sequel does look pretty epic. I have to agree with Rich completely. The tone and everything is just super compelling. So I definitely gotta get the first one in before May (lol).
