**Note: Southern Hospitality is a new category on the site that will feature unique content from the underground/independent Southern Hip-Hop scene. Love it or hate it, it has been consistently booming over the years and doesn’t appear to be slowing down any time soon.

Young Buck is a Southern rapper who doesn’t need too much of an introduction. He is best known for being a former member of the group G-Unit. After seeing some success with the group, he ended up going solo.He has seen his fair share of personal and legal troubles since being on his own but has managed to still retain an adequate following. His standout flow and street savvy lyrics have kept him as a contender in the industry. Recently the Nashville, TN native dropped a new project before having to go serve time over weapons charges. The project is a mixtape dubbed Gangsta And Street (G.A.S) and was a collaborative effort with fellow rapper Tha City Paper. In honor of the new release and as a last rendezvous, Buck put together a party. Take a gander at the footage below.

The footage was once again provided by Trevor Post. The party took place at a venue named Limelight in downtown Nashville. It features an a-capella performance of Buck’s single “Came Back”, clips of tracks off of the current tape, and lots of supporters showing love to Buck like producer/rapper Drumma Boy. The flick closes out with a strong demonstration of Tennessee pride. It was cool to see Buck in such high spirits considering his circumstances. He turned himself in last month and is working on an 18 month sentence.

**My Two Cents: Young Buck was always my favorite member of G-Unit. I just felt like he was the most real. It looks like the party went well and it’s awesome to see people rallying behind him. Hopefully, his time will fly by and he will be back in the game in no time. (#FreeYoungBuck) -MinM
