Tragedy rocked the music industry and music lovers worldwide today. The reason being the passing of the one and only Whitney Houston. The details of her death are not clear at this time. However, authorities report that they do not believe any foul play was involved. Whitney has been in the business since 1985. Over the years, she has: sold millions of records, won countless awards, starred in several movies, and  much more. She has also had her share of troubled times. However, she is one of the greatest singers of all time and she definitely left her mark on the industry. Please take the time to celebrate her life and remember the good times by checking out the video below. The song is called “Step By Step” and it is featured on the soundtrack to the movie The Preacher’s Wife. The Preacher’s Wife is a 1996 film that starred Whitney Houston and Denzel Washington. Whitney Houston was only 48 years old at the time of her death.

**My Two Cents: This song and the soundtrack it’s from are some of my favorite tunes by Whitney. She sang her butt off with so much soul and passion. I cherish her classics too but wanted to do something different since they are every where at the moment. I am very hurt by Whitney’s death, she truly was a legend. Rest In Peace Whitney! You will be missed and there is not a soul alive or dead that you didn’t touch with your incredible voice! -MinM
