New Tech N9ne Video “Fragile” Featuring Kendrick Lamar, Mayday and Kendall Morgan

Independent Hip-Hop icon Tech N9ne debuted his new video for the song “Fragile” featuring Kendrick Lamar, MAYDAY, and Kendall Morgan via a release on MTV.com yesterday morning at 6 a.m. The track & video have caught on fire! Beating out the likes of Miley Cyrus, Teen Mom, and Real World Ex-plosion for that number one spot (you know you said that out loud in your best Ludacris voice), the fans are letting the world know who they really want. While the mainstream artists are busy running from the police in rented Lambos and attempting to twerk with a pancake a**, Strange Music and the world of independent Hip-Hop is recognizing one of it’s legends. With a nation wide 70+ city tour spanning April 9th until June 28th featuring Freddie Gibbs, Krizz Kaliko, Jarren Benton of  Funk Volume, and The Psych Ward Druggies, this powerhouse has just lit the fuse and set a high standard for all other artists to reach.

Something Else (iTunes)

Legendary independent rapper Tech N9ne stopped through the 414 today (10/14/13) courtesy of his Something Else Tour. He and the Strange Music crew took over The Rave/Eagles Ballroom as they tend to do every so often. He was gracious enough to take some time before the show to chop it up with a few of Milwaukee’s media outlets. The Illixer was lucky enough to be amongst said few. Check it out below as he speaks on: his current album, the nature of the tour, being a vampire, and much more.

Kelly is ready to go and very grateful for the opportunity. He is lacing up for the tour as we speak and promises to bring his signature wild energy to every city to ensure that fans get a very memorable show. Tech is excited about the upcoming tour as he has been on the grind for over ten years now, working to accomplish such major history making feats as this one.
