Good Nights & Bad Mornings 2: The Hangover (listen/download)

Fcuk Your Plans (Come Kick It) (Tour Info)

Snow Tha Product is keeping the videos coming at steady pace. Earlier this month, she dropped another set of visuals for a song off of her latest offering Good Nights & Bad Mornings 2: The Hangover. This time around she chose to bring to life her song “Doing Fine.” It’s a toned down number with a graceful infrastructure, ethereal musical ingredients, and a good-natured vibe. Snow demonstrates her singing abilities on the hook. She does a fine job. The vocals are satisfying and the lyrics are favorable. The verses are efficient. Snow doles out her trademark flow, concrete wordplay, and experienced rhymes. She pens a personal anthem about her current success, grind, and future aspirations. As a whole, it’s a very dignified record.

The video was directed by Daniel Czernilofsky. It has no specific plot and takes place in simple nondescript outdoor locations. One of the main scenes features Snow Tha Product atop and around a broken down car with the hood up. It also happens to be smoking which provides a cool background effect while Snow does her thing. Another shot has Snow just kicking back performing while sitting on a ledge. A third glimpse entails the female emcee having some fun on a bicycle. And there are a couple of other scenarios at play as well. There are some angle and transition maneuvers in the mix too. Additionally, Snow brings a cool energy to the piece with her signature charisma coupled with her trendy tomboy wardrobe. The video concludes with a view of a glass bottle hitting the ground and shattering before moving on to a silhouette of Snow on a rooftop, then ultimately phasing out. Overall, this was a low-profile yet well-disposed vision.

**My Two Cents: This was a quality straightforward video. I think it went properly with the song and I enjoyed Snow’s performance throughout the piece. She is one of the most consistent high quality artists in the game and I can’t wait to see what she does next. Don’t forget, she is currently on tour. So be sure to click the above link to see when she’s hitting your city. -MinM
