Get ready for another night of crazy fun times. Local entertainers Monk-bms and Rustik have finally finished up their much talked about collaboration album Studio Gangsters and they want to celebrate in style. So the duo have put together a two part album release party. Part one takes place this coming Friday, which is the 22nd. The festivities will once again be held at Crisp Pizza Bar & Lounge. Things kick off at 10pm. DJ Presentabl will be on the ones and twos. The dynamic duo will be performing cuts from the first half of their album and they are even bringing back a special guest. Of course no Monk-bms event is complete without some sort of creative fashion show. This one will be a little more relaxed than the previous one. It will feature clothing from local companies BMA Clothing and The T-Shirt Guys. If those in attendance like what they see, they will be able to purchase items from the companies via their pop up shops that will be on deck for the night. Also, Monk & Rustik will have download cards available so that guests can cop the album. And no party is legit without photographers around to capture and immortalize all of the unforgettable moments. Thus Eternal Visions Photography will be in the building too. **My Two Cents: I had fun at the last event with Monk and his crew, so I’m looking forward to this one. Also, I have become very fond of both Monk’s & Rustik’s music. Therefore I am super excited to hear the album. And I think throwing a couple of specialized events is a great way to promote a new project. Stay tuned to the site for details on part two.
