DJ iShine is a well rounded creator of music who is originally from Washington, D.C. but has also spent some time in Ohio.  He was raised on everything from International genres to Motown classics and required to indulge in music while in school. Once he reached high school, DJ iShine started taking his musical education into his own hands. He began studying music production and teaching himself instruments like the piano. He ultimately went on to turn his passion into a company called 1SIDE Music Entertainment. His style of music has been described as innovative and has earned him quite the respective following in the worlds of Hip-Hop and R&B. With his rich background and a name that stands for “Doing Justice, i Shine” the eclectic producer is well on his way to doing big things.

Earlier this year he dropped his debut album, Suite 11: The Registration. It was given a warm reception by his supporters and he is now looking to end the year on that same note if not better. His second album dropped this month and is titled, Cras Visum. “Cras Visum” is a latin phrase pertaining to one’s vision. DJ iShine’s vision is to improve the music world by contributing something new. To provide a taste of the new project, he shared a beat with the site called, “Rosa.” He describes the track as: “an uptempo Electronica song blended with R&B. It is more of so a chill / relaxation song and it has no vocals on it. My music follows along the lines of instrumental producers and deejays that promote their instrumentals with minimal vocals.” The description is pretty accurate. The pace has a nice little speed to it. There are a few different musical components that contain just a hint of soul. And the vibe is charming. It would be cool to hear what a singer or rapper could do with this for sure. All in all, this was a supreme quality offering.

**My Two Cents: DJ iShine has an interesting history. I really dig the fact that he is so immersed in his craft. I also enjoyed this beat. I find it refreshing when producers step outside of the box and really get creative with their sound.
