**Editor’s Note: So as of December 4th, The Illixer will have officially been up and running for two whole years. It may not seem like much to some but with the hectic & competitive nature of both the blogging & entertainment worlds, it’s a pretty valid accomplishment to me. Plus, this has been a fairly successful year. The site has: doubled in daily as well as total views since last year, made some new networking friends here in the states as well as overseas, added a new team member, interviewed Tech N9ne, had it’s first ever viral post, etc. All of that seems like a cause for celebration, right? Therefore on December 13th, the site’s last event of the year will be a special Hip-Hop showcase with some of it’s biggest supporters. To help ring in the festivities, I have decided to do an audio countdown up until the very day of the affair. The above audio explains things in a little more detail. Additionally, there will be an unique release on the site’s Band Camp very soon which is also explained in the clip. So take a quick second to press play and find out what’s going down. -MinM
