Readers meet 6f Londo. He’s an indie talent that was referred to the site by our affiliates at Kabron Films. He was pitched as a fire rapper that not enough people are in tune with. But that won’t be the case much longer as he is making some major moves, including opening up for mainstream artists in other states like Moneybagg Yo. His latest offering is an album entitled 90 Day Run. It’s a 10 track project but there is one record in particular that is said to standout a little more than the others. It’s dubbed “Lunar Mansion” and readers can continue reading to find out if the song lives up to the hype.
The production here is top notch. The hearty bass, ghostly supporting elements, fluid rhythm, and serious vibe make for a rewarding combination. The hook is the heart of the track. 6f Londo gives a vulnerable delivery and compelling visual lyrics. He gives the listener insight into his mental state in a clever way. He spits: “On a mansion in my mind. Take it back to therapy. It’s this empty a** mansion in my head. And I’m confined to one room. Trying to feed me, I don’t want it. Appetite ain’t been s–t. I been drinking in the morning. I been thinking in the morning. I ain’t know it but I’m mourning.” One can not deny the depth of those lines right there. The verses are legit. 6f Londo comes through with a distinguished flow, hood wordplay, and expressive rhymes. He does a valid job of expanding on the trials & tribulations established in the hook. As a whole, this is a choice selection.
**My Two Cents: 6f Londo is not my usual cup of tea musically speaking. However, I really liked this track. I love the way he tackled the hook. Anything that makes me run it back, is deserving of props. Also, 6f Londo has an unique sound. I definitely understand why his buzz is starting to get louder. I believe readers will hear it too.
