- Hailing from Tucson, AZ, TRBL is an up-and-coming producer, whose name you should get real comfortable with. From the Grammys to The Source Magazine, TRBL ‘s production work has been featured in almost every top musical publication. The reason why TRBL is a Top 5 New Artist is simple. His remixes garner major attention for indies to majors. Up-and-coming artists should request him now because 2018 is the year he really will be taking off.
- Coming straight from Dayton, OH, Ja’Prince is a force to be reckoned with. Prince is an artist that knows what the audience wants to hear. His style is similar and different at the same time. This is what makes him stand out from the rest. The reason why Ja’Prince is a Top 5 New Artist is obvious. He is the people’s champ. He’s an artist’s artist. And that alone should be more than enough of a reason to seek him out in 2018.
- I’m biased with this one because she is one of my favorites. Repping the 6 or Toronto for you non-Drake listeners, meet Keysha Freshh. Whether it’s a mean 16 or a sweet melody, Freshh proves that she is the breath of fresh air we deserve. Keysha Freshh’s edginess and pure IDGAF attitude are the reasons why this beautiful human being is gracing our Top 5 New Artists list of 2018.
- All the way from the Brew City aka Milwaukee, is where King Ameas can be found. With a flow that rivals that of Nipsey Hussle, Ameas paints reality over a riveting beat that for a second causes you to forget that you’re in a musical trance. This hometown hero’s stay ready flow is the reason why he is blessing our Top 5 New Artists list of 2018.
