Snow Tha Product is a young female emcee who has been taking the game by storm for a while now. She made a name for herself and built a huge following utilizing independent tactics. And this year all of her hard work paid off as she landed a deal with Atlantic Records. Known for her distinct rapid flow, down to earth persona, and aggressive rhymes; she is definitely doing Texas proud. Recently she began generating anticipation for her upcoming mixtape, Good Nights & Bad Mornings. She released the first single off of the tape just two days ago. It’s called “Hola” and for the most part it has received complimentary feedback.

The production here is quirky yet first-class. It contains an intense bass line, a myriad of striking background elements, a hint of Mexican flavor, and a serious vibe. The hook is choice. The delivery is engaging and the lyrics are infectious. The verses are hot. Snow dishes out her signature flow with sassy wordplay and killer rhymes. She leaves no doubt in the listener’s mind that she is a beast in this Hip-Hop game. Memorable lines include: “Everybody got the look in they eyes when I get down on stage. And then I get a little higher. Cause I buy y’all bars. Y’all thought y’all stars. My crew don’t never get tired. Cause they wired. Liquor buyers hired. Just a smile for the little picture on the flyer. Chics stay shocked how we stepping about. Cars with no top how we getting around. Thought y’all hot but we cooling ’em down. All my guns go clap like we jacking the sound.” Snow snapped in those lines right there. Overall, this song is a banger and a great selection to use to start creating buzz for the new tape.

**My Two Cents: I am a huge fan of Snow’s. So it is a pleasure to see her continuing to grow and be successful. This song is a hit and if it’s any indication of what the new mixtape has in store, I can’t wait to hear the rest. Good Nights & Bad Mornings is set to drop sometime this Fall. While they wait, readers can learn more about Snow via her website, check out her Fan Page on Facebook, and follow her on Twitter. -MinM
