She’s Ryan aka SIR is a Brooklyn bombshell with a plethora of talents. She’s a former photographer and current: model, singer, songwriter, and rapper. Her goal is to utilize all of her abilities to build her entertainment brand to it’s maximum potential. She has successfully done so thus far by taking her alias SIR and turning it into an entity all it’s own via her music, merchandising, and social media. According to Ryan, SIR represents: power, confidence, and respect. Something that both men and women alike can appreciate.  Additionally, Ryan prides herself on having many layers and not succumbing to any label or category when it comes to her various art forms. When it’s all said and done, Ryan wants to be remembered as a successful source of leadership and inspiration.

To introduce herself and her movement to the site, she shared her latest joint video for her singles “Whoa / S I R.” The project was directed by All City Smitty for All City World. The first half of the video is dedicated to the “Whoa” single. The song happens to be set to the tune of the same name by former Bad Boy Records artist, Black Rob. It is an energetic number that features Ryan showing off both her vocal and her rhyming skills. She proves to be pretty adequate at each. Her animated mannerisms, eccentric style, and urban city surroundings, were a perfect way to bring the remix to life. The first portion of the video gets two thumbs up. The second half of the video kicks off just shy of the two minute mark and features “S I R.” “S I R” contains a unique sounding production with a healthy bass and unorthodox components. Ryan once again alternates between harmonizing and spitting. She is on point with each in the second half too. The latter half of the flick mostly centers around Ryan as she does some cruising throughout the city. She definitely retains her high spirits and quirky moves. There are some solo and posse shots from the beginning of the video as well. And on an intriguing note, Puma from the hit VH1 show Black Ink Crew makes a cameo appearance. In the end, the second portion of the video also gets a choice rating.

**My Two Cents: She’s Ryan is walking her own path for sure. The fact that she has such a wide range of skills in stock is very impressive and easily sets her apart from the pack. Her musical style is fresh. She has a likeable singing voice and lyrics. Her flow is decent and her rhymes are gratifying. Would love to hear her get just a little more complex with her wordage though. And her look is fierce. I think her hair color suits her well and her wardrobe is trendy. All things considered, I’m digging She’s Ryan and her SIR brand. I think readers will enjoy her too. Peep the video and visit the links.
