Rizenhower The Great Poupon is a multi-faceted artist holding it down for the good old 414 (Milwaukee). He raps, sings, and is known to be pretty beasty when it comes to messing around on the instrument front as well. Especially the drums, the trumpet, the bass, and the keyboard. He doesn’t confine himself to one genre and has been known to dabble in everything from Polka to Hardcore Rap.

#IAMDJDEEZY (iTunes)

The fellas of Strange Tang along with a few of their affiliates made good on their promise and released the highly sought after #IAMDJDEEZY project a little while back. The project is being described as a compilation album with some of the best and brightest artists that the state of Florida has to offer. The Illixer picked a handful of tunes out of the pack to highlight for readers. Continue reading to discover which selections made the cut as well as to get some general thoughts about the hearty LP.

414 artist Tr3y has been working hard over the past year or so to get the masses on board with his transition into the Gospel Trap music realm that he’s created. As with anything new, there are people who love it and others who aren’t too fond of it. Particularly those in the church community who prefer their Gospel a bit more on the traditional side. But Tr3y isn’t giving up. He recently released a new song pertaining to his musical struggles entitled “Be Myself.” The single is produced by Traxx Sanders and Bliss.
